Spin New York Flatiron serves over 20% vegetarian or vegan main dishes, which requires significantly less energy and water to produce than meat-based dishes. Each of this restaurant’s four walk-in coolers have been fitted with strip curtains, each of which saves enough electricity to power a residential home for an entire year. Spin also donates its retired ping pong tables to local schools to give them a second life.
