Composting Food Waste and Recycling Plastics, Glass, Aluminum, Cardboard, and Paper can keep up to 90% of our waste out of landfills.

We use occupancy sensors in our restrooms, which reduces electricity usage in these areas by approximately 60%.

Our facility is free of polystyrene-foam (aka Styrofoam™), which keeps harmful chemicals and litter out of our environment.

Our Energy Star dishwasher and ice machine are 30-40% more efficient than conventional models.

Our napkins, paper bags, paper towels, and bath tissue are made from recycled paper.

Our high-efficiency pre-rinse spray valve saves enough water to fill a backyard swimming pool per year.

By recycling our waste fryer oil into biodiesel, we provide a non-toxic renewable resource that produces less air pollutants and greenhouse gases than petroleum-based diesels.

20% of our main dishes are vegetarian, which require significantly less energy and water to produce than meat-based dishes.

Our distance to the bus line, subway, and bike share promote cleaner transportation alternatives to our guests and staff.

Our covered outdoor lights offer visibility and safety in low lighting without contributing to light pollution.
